Is fat really make us fat?
No not according to science.
Fats is same as carbs. nutrients,protein,vitamins. As these things are importants to our body same fats are also most important for our body even for loosing weight.
So ,fats are of two types:
1)good fats or healthy fats
2)bad fats or unhealthy one
Good fats are always an healthy option to include in our daily diet.It includes avocados,cheese etc.
Bad fats are unhealthy fats which increases our cholestrol due to which heart strokes take place.It mainly includes corn oil,junk food,magarine,mayonise etc.
So add good fats in your diet in place of bad fats and always stay healthy😊.
